Well the lovely is holding a design contest for a new character in her absolutely incredible comic "Kiara's Reign" which I read religiously, If you haven't seen her comic I suggest you go and read it now you will not be disappointed trust meh!
But yeah Just entering for the Fun of it! There are so many beautiful entries already I seriously dought mine will be picked (If it happeneds to win I have the flat colours saved and I will link it to you through sta.sh)

But yush here is 'Neera' the daughter of 'Azima'
I chose the name Neera because it's one of my fav names ever and it's incredibly easy to say XDD Because sometimes in comics the names are like so super long you don't know how to pronounce then (Or atleast I don't XD)
Her design is much like her mothers but not to the point were they are clones, I noticed not many people had done the ear rim markings quite like her mothers (Most of them are thicker) so I wanted to do that XDD

Hmmm with Neera's personally....I actually picture her being like Draco Malfoy from harry potter Like nasty but cowardly
